Look to PreQual
Project description/
The PreQual concept is based on the combination of field-specific
content and an empowerment approach. Training and
learning methods are based on didactical principles
of ‘global learning’ and ‘popular
education’ according to Paulo Freire. In an
innovative approach to education and training a
curriculum for a pre-qualification course for migrant
women in the health and care sectors will be developed
and tested in 3 Pilot Coursess in Austria, Italy
and Germany.>>Read

Project
principles/
The innovative
character of the project includes the honest attempt
to achieve the symmetrical involvement of migrant
women in all aspects of the project. This desired
symmetry is in reference to function, decision-making
power and salary appropriate to the position.>>Read
