Dissemination

The fourth phase of the project Pre-Qual refers to the Dissemination strategy and activities to give visibility to the project and its results at local, national and European level. This phase is transversal to the whole duration of the project.

The specific objectives of this phase can be identified as follows:

• To involve in the project the target groups and interested parties at European, national and local level from the very beginning throughout the development of the project
• To receive feedback on the project activities from the target groups and interested parties at European, national and local level
• To produce a final product that really answers to the needs and/or interests of the target groups
• To promote the Pre-Qual project and its product

The activities that we will implement in order to achieve the above-mentioned objectives are:

• Launch of project web site and continuous web site updating;
• Identification and involvement at national level of Local Network groups (including migrant self-organisations, migrant women, health care associations, health care facilities and training institutions, trade unions, chamber of labour, local authorities);
• Direct contact and distribution of information to migrant women;
• Publication of project results on project’s website and partners’ website;
• Publication of newsletters;
http://www.prequalonline.org/newsletter.htm
• Press releases to launch the project and its products;
• Participation in conferences at national and international level;
• Organisation of a final conference to disseminate project’s results.

The partner organisation in charge of coordinating the dissemination activities is Antigone from Greece
